My skin is quite dry, and can sometimes be sensitive so it’s been pretty difficult to find the perfect primer for me. Some primers made me break out, some made my make up cakey and my skin appear oily, and others had no affect at all. As I was complaining to my mum about my primer situation, she handed me Spackle by Laura Geller and told me to give it a try. I’ve tried a few other products by Laura Geller and am a huge fan of them so I had pretty high expectations of this primer.
Laura Geller Spackle Under Makeup Primer – £18.76
I was not disappointed! The Spackle primer applies as a clear liquid, so is suitable for all skin types, smooths onto the skin easily and dries quickly. The rest of my make up applies really well too, and the primer definitely makes a difference in my appearance; my skin looks dewy and fresh which will be perfect for Spring and Summer! I’ve had no issues with my skin since using this primer and my face feels nice and moisturised after use, which is a must for me with having dry skin.
Overall this is a really lovely primer, and although it isn’t one I would usually try as I don’t think it’s available in any high street stores, I’m so glad my mum suggested it! It’s available from QVC from around £19, so although it isn’t the cheapest primer, it’s definitely the best that I’ve used.
This primer sounds great!
