FASHION: SHE LIKES CHECKS AND CARDIGANS

Despite the days getting brighter and slightly warmer, and Spring on it’s way, you will still find me wearing black. I don’t know how it happens, I don’t know why, but all the outfits I put together are made up of dark colours with the occasional neutral thrown in here and there 85% of the time. Today’s post is a prime example. She Likes is an online fashion forward style haven, with all the latest trends, so when they asked if I wanted to collaborate on a post with them I jumped at the opportunity! 

This long black cocoon cardigan is a must have in any girls wardrobe; a partner to any outfit or the perfect way to keep off the chill on those Spring and Summer evenings. I don’t think the cocoon style is great for my body shape, but I absolutely love the piece and know it’ll be a staple in my wardrobe. Similarly with the black and white grid print top, t its black, white and checked. Ticks all the boxes for me! I’m still super awkward at posing for these kind of shoots (as you can probably tell…) and today’s is featuring my boyfriend/photographer in my glasses lens, but I am planning on getting more fashion posts out there.
