Hope you all had a lovely week and welcome back to another Six for Sunday post! I’m really loving taking part in this blog series created by A Little But A Lot and reading everybody’s posts, and today’s is another interesting subject. There are so many ‘baddies’ whom I’d love to read books about, so here are six of my faves!

Tamlin from A Court of Thorns and Roses
We all knew this series was going to make an appearance right? So while Tamlin isn’t strictly the baddie in the story, (no spoilers here) those of you who have read this series know that Tamlin did some pretty unsavoury things to put it politely, but I do think that he was mentally going through a lot at the same time. This definitely does not excuse his actions but I do feel that there is some kind of redemption arc he may deserve.
Amarantha from A Court of Thorns and Roses
Ok here we have one of the real baddies of ACOTAR. This one isn’t because it’s a morally grey character I actually might *like* and want to read more about because believe me, I hate this character. However, to read about the war fifty years before the events of ACOTAR and how she came into power would definitely make for an interesting book. Also I will read literally anything SJM writes and I am forever wanting more from this world.
Lorcan from the Throne of Glass series
I loved Lorcan from almost the first time he appeared in the story, and I knew he was going to be a favourite from his first few interactions with Elide. Again, while he’s not the overall bad guy in the story, he definitely was not a goodie and and I would love to read more about him.
The Darkling from The Grisha Trilogy
Oh how I would love to read the events of this story from The Darkling’s perspective. Broody, angsty, good looking characters with troubled pasts full of snark? Sign me up.
Madoc from The Folk of the Air series
Wouldn’t it be so interesting to read about Madoc and his time with Jude, Taryn and Vivi’s mother while she was with the Fae?
Voldemort and the Death Eaters from Harry Potter
I think a book about the uprising of Voldemort and the Death Eaters would be so cool. To read about Hogwarts in the past and then maybe even see the story of Harry’s time at Hogwarts and the defeat of Voldemort through their perspectives! I think I would particularly like to read more about Bellatrix Lestrange and the Malfoys too.
I’ve just realised that my last three posts have been Six for Sunday posts… oops. I’ve definitely been slacking this month with my blog but I’ve got lots of ideas for future posts so please keep an eye out. I’d love to know which baddies you think deserve their own stories too!
I would love a Voldemort/Death Eaters book. It would be so interesting! Great post.
OMG yes to a Madoc book, that would be so interesting!
Yes I would love a book about old Voldy!
I would love a proper Voldemort or Darkling origins story, told from their perspective. It’d be fascinating to see how evil manifests in someone who believes that they are right.

Ooo yes, a Madoc book would be really interesting!
I would actually sell my soul for a Darkling book – especially a Darkling origin book!
i really liked Lorcan so yes i’d love to read more of him. and i agree w Madoc too!!
Seeing the events of the Grisha Trilogy from The Darkling’s perspective would be killer! I would love to see his perspective on things.
