Hi everyone and happy Sunday! Today I’m here with my summer TBR, which is this week’s Six for Sunday prompt. Unfortunately I had to skip last week as I was on holiday and didn’t get chance to finish it, but I’m excited to be back.
This weekly meme was created by Steph over at A Little But A Lot and I’m loving being a part of it. As I’ve already had my summer holiday I’m using this prompt to tell you which books I’m planning to read next. Keep on reading to find out what’s on my summer TBR!
I can’t believe I haven’t read this already as it was one of my most anticipated reads of 2019! When it finally arrived I had so much going on and wasn’t able to sit down and dedicate time to it. I’ll definitely be rectifying that soon though.
This is one of those books where you never really seem to read any negative reviews. All of my friends have loved this story and have assured me that I need to read it. So, I’ve ordered a copy and it will be arriving tomorrow. I hope I love it too!
Next is another book I’ve just ordered for tomorrow! I came across I Hold Your Heart a couple of weeks back on on Lois’s blog and it sounded like a gripping read. I needed to get my hands on it!
So it’s been over a year since I met Madeline and had my copy of Circe signed and I still haven’t read it. Oops. Again, this is a book that I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about. I loved The Song of Achilles so I’m sure I’ll love this too.
Aaaah I’m so excited to finally have a copy of this book! Thanks to the #arcsfortrade tag I managed to snag an advanced copy as Wilder Girls isn’t actually released in the UK until next year. I’m SO excited to read this.
You may have a read on here that I’m not usually a massive fan of contemporary novels, preferring a fantastical read. That’s not to say that I don’t enjoy contemporary books which is evident looking back at my most recent reads! The lovely Faye gifted me a copy of this book from my Amazon wishlist and I can’t wait to get stuck in.
