Happy New Year everybody! I hope you had a great time however you decided to welcome the year in. 2016 was a great year for reading. Not only were there some awesome releases, I also found my favourite book series. Of all time. But you'll have to wait and see to find out what that is! I've pulled together my favourite books from 2016; they aren't all 2016 releases, but I did read them all this year, and they're in no particular order, until the number one and two positions. I've got a feeling that this is going to be a long post, so let's get into it! One type of book I never thought ... Read the Post...

ABOUT
Hi! I'm Amy, a twenty-something life long book lover from the North of England. When I'm not reading, writing or blogging, you can find me working as a Children's Bookseller! Although I enjoy many genres, I am an absolute sucker for romance, fantasy and ALL OF THE TROPES! Give me an angst filled smouldering love affair and I'm done for. Self confessed Maas-Trash, if I read about a tall, dark haired, grumpy but soft love interest then yep, they're gonna be the new love of my life (though no one can over take Rhys sorry). I am also very partial to fast paced action, epic displays of power and ... Read the Post...
NOVEMBER 2016 FAIRYLOOT BOX
This month I received my first ever bookish subscription box. Eek! I've been wanting to post about the box since the minute I received it, but I know not everyone received it as quickly as I did so I didn't want to ruin the surprise for anyone! I know I'm waaaay behind the times with these, but it took me a while to find one that I thought I would really love, and then I found FairyLoot. If you haven't heard of FairyLoot, they describe themselves as "a fantasy focused monthly subscription box containing a Young Adult book and some hand selected bookish goodies". I love that ... WHAT I’M READING THIS MONTH: JUNE
I don't want to speak too soon, but I think June is going to be a pretty good reading month - I've already read four books! I'm off on holiday towards the end of the month but I'll be posting the books I plan to read then in a seperate post, so I'm hoping to get this lovely lot finished by the 26th. A Court of Thorns and Roses & A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas I'd been hearing about ACOTAR all over the blogging world for a while, and it'd been sat on my bookshelf for an embarrasing amount of time. With the release of ACOMAF, which I'd bought the day it came out ... Read the Post...
MAY TBR
May is starting out as a good reading month - I've already finished one of my TBR books! I haven't bought many books this month so far (for a change), as I'm trying to get through the shelves of books I haven't even touched yet on my bookcase, and a few of the books I want to read this month are from the library. Here's what I'm hoping to read in May. First up is I'll Give You The Sun by Jandy Nelson. Another book I've heard so much about around Booktube and one that I've finally picked up, again from the local library. I don't really know much about this story, just that it comes ...
