A couple of weeks ago Rachael, Sophia and I got to talking about the new Kindle over on Twitter. Fast forward a couple of excited messages, Kindles were ordered (I’m waiting for payday) and we had devised a plan to set up a new e-book club, The Literary Adventure!

While we do enjoy similar books, our favourite genres differ to one another’s, which means that as we each choose a book on rotation we all get to expand our reading experience which is always great! We have the next couple of months set up already and would love for you to join in. The rules are simple:
- You don’t need a Kindle, you can use any e-reader
- Each book we choose will be free or low cost – if we do choose a more expensive book one month you are welcome to skip and we’ll try to inform you in advance
- We will review the book on the last Friday of each month
- You don’t have to run a book blog and/or write a full review of the book to take part
- Use the hashtag #TheLiteraryAdventure on social media so that we can all connect and check in with each other’s progress
And that’s it. Super simple and no pressure; take part when you want to and take a break when you don’t!
Our first book for The Literary Adventure e-book club is The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid which is currently £1.99 on Kindle!
Please do join us and let us know if you plan to. We’d love to hear your thoughts and check out your reviews too. Make sure to check out Rachael and Sophia’s posts on The Literary Adventure too!
Ahh this is so exciting! I’ll definitely be joining in – the first month’s book has been on my list to pick up for ages so I’m really stoked to read it. I’ve heard a lot of good things! xo
I love a good book club! I will definitely be joining in sometime!
We’d love to have you!
This is such a great idea! I’d love to join though I have a little trouble getting e-books for my e-reader, since it’s not a kindle one. (I’m still new to this whole e-book thing ?)
Such a fun idea! I really like reading on my Kindle/phone ☺️ I’ve already read Evelyn Hugo, but I’ll keep my eyes peeled for future books!
Ooh this sounds like so much fun!
I hope you enjoy Evelyn Huge – I’ve read it twice this year (oops) and think it’s amazing.
