I've been shortlisted in the Blogosphere Awards 2021!

Nope, I can’t quite believe I’m posting this either.

A couple of weeks ago I came out of work to a barrage of notifications from Twitter, Instagram and messages from friends. My first thought was “oh my god what’s happened”, but I never suspected this!

I’ve followed Blogosphere for years now, have even been featured in their magazine, but I’ve always been excited by their prestigious awards and super happy for all those involved. Never did I expect that I’d be one of the nominees!

Creating amyjanealice in 2013 is one of the best things I’ve done, hands down. Not only does it fuel my love for writing and sharing my passion with others, but it’s lead to me meeting some of my best friends, I’ve discovered new favourite books and authors, I’ve attended some amazing events because of this blog and now I’m an award shortlisted blogger!

I am absolutely blown away by this entire situation. I was speechless when I found out and even now I’m still like whaaaaat? I am beyond honoured and grateful that enough people thought of me for me to end up on the shortlist.
