Hope you all had a lovely week and welcome back to another Six for Sunday post! I'm really loving taking part in this blog series created by A Little But A Lot and reading everybody's posts, and today's is another interesting subject. There are so many 'baddies' whom I'd love to read books about, so here are six of my faves! Tamlin from A Court of Thorns and RosesWe all knew this series was going to make an appearance right? So while Tamlin isn't strictly the baddie in the story, (no spoilers here) those of you who have read this series know that Tamlin did some pretty unsavoury things to ... Read the Post...
Six for Sunday: Characters Who Deserve Their Own Book
Hello and happy Sunday! Today I'm back with another Six For Sunday post. Six For Sunday was created by A Little But A Lot and this month it's all about granting bookish wishes! Check out the books I want to be written here. Now, let's talk about the characters who I wish had their own books. I actually found this kind of hard because there are a lot of series that I'd love to read more of, but I just had to pick a handful of characters. May 2019 Wrap Up
I thought I'd start this post with the obligatory "I can't believe we're already five months through the year!" But seriously, I can't. May was an amazing months for a couple of reasons. Sure, I got quite a bit of reading done and the majority of the books I gave pretty high ratings, but George and I now have a small addition to our family. Selma is an 18 month old lovely little girl who we rescued from a local shelter. Sadly her previous owners could no longer commit to looking after her so we can't wait to give her the long and happy life she deserves. She's really settled in and I'm ... Read the Post...
The Literary Adventure: The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo Review
Back in April, Rachael, Sophia and I decided to start an e-book club where we could choose an inexpensive ebook each month, read it and then review. We thought it would be a lovely idea to expand this to you guys so if you're interested then make sure you check out my post. Today I'm reviewing our first pick, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I cannot believe how long it took me to pick this book up and I am SO GLAD that I finally did! I listened to the audiobook of Daisy Jones & The Six, also by TJR, and loved that so I had super high hopes for this. Keep on ... Read the Post...
