I'm back with another tag! It's actually been a while since my last one so I thought it was about time I brought it back. This is The Guilty Reader which was originally posted on YouTube by Chami. Obviously this isn't in video format but I hope you enjoy it all the same! Have you ever re-gifted a book that you've been given? I've definitely given some books to charity in the past and I'm sure at least a couple of those were gifts that I never got around to reading, but I've never physically wrapped up and "re-gifted" one as a present! Have you ever said you’ve read a book when you ... Read the Post...

Top Ten Tuesday: Rainy Day Reads
"Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together." I came across the Top Ten Tuesday posts over on my lovely friend Kate's blog, and after reading her latest post in particular (which is fab by the way and you should totally check it out) I decided that I would finally join in myself! I'm hoping this will become a very regular piece on amyjanealice so keep an eye out for future posts. Today's prompt: Rainy Day ... Read the Post...
My Favourite Books of 2018
So I'm only writing this like a month late but hey, I'm doing it anyway! If you want to read about why I've been away from blogging for so long hence why this post is only a tad behind schedule, then check out my latest post here. Same ... Read the Post...
Wrap Up: April 2018
Sitting down to write this April wrap up, I just realised that I read 8 books last month! I'm more than happy with that, especially because I read some pretty awesome stories too. Let's hope it continues through May, which I'm sure it will because I have some exciting books on my TBR including ACOFAS (I'm a bit obsessed with this series bet you didn't know that - ha!), Onyx and Ivory and Circe. Keep on reading for my April wrap up, it's all spoiler free! So over Easter weekend at the end of March and beginning of April we had a Bank Holiday in the UK, which meant that we had a long four day ... Read the Post...
Fairy Loot Unboxing January 2018: Talk Faerie To Me
It's time for the first FairyLoot unboxing of 2018, and it was definitely a good one! Opening a brand new box is one of my favourite times every month, but I was particularly looking forward to January's. If you know me at all, or even just follow me on social media, then you'll know I'm a bit lover of all things Fae (particularly the A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas). So, when I found out that the January FairyLoot theme was going to be "Talk Faerie to Me", I guess you could say I was a little bit excited. FairyLoot is a “fantasy focused monthly subscription box ... Read the Post...
